Participant Benefit Log In Information 

Welcome to Marin Benefits & Insurance Services Online Portal for your Health Benefits. You may access a variety of information related to your employer sponsored health benefit account.

Not all employers offer access to their plan through the internet. To use this service you must first be issued Log-In information from your employer. (If you are participating in a San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance Plan you do not have access to benefits here. Please call 415-526-1401 for assistance.).

Log-In here for access to your Employer Sponsored Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). You may log in to submit claims, check on claim payments, see available plan balances, update personal information and enroll in direct deposit into your checking account of plan payments.

In order to set up your online account, please click on the Participant Log In and select "Create Account". Enter your name, employee ID (Social Security number) and the Employer ID given to you by your Human Resources Department. You may also select Email notifications of any plan activities.

Once enrolled, you may change your Employee ID and create a new password. Use the menu bar on the left side of the screen to navigate. Direct Deposit enrollment, if it is offered by your employer, is found under "My Information".

If you are not able to proceed into the website using your social security number it is probably because your enrollment information is not active in the system yet. Please be sure you have completed and returned your health plan enrollment materials to your employer before attempting to access your account online.
